2011 CNY Specials - Prosperity Persimmons!
In 2009/2010, I've introduced our very own CNY gift which was the Money Tree. This year, I'm delighted to introduce another very auspicious and affordable CNY gift... which is the *roll drums* Prosperity Persimmons!
Persimmon has a long history dated back to the Han Dynasty. It is auspicious because of its round shape, plumpness, brilliant orange-red colour and sweetness. Besides that, it is auspicious because its name (柿 shi) has the same pronunciation as the word for "matters, affairs and events" (事 shi) and "gentleman" (仕 shi).
Hence, our Prosperity Persimmons, that comes in a pair, symbolises 事事如意 , 事事吉祥 and 大吉大利. They are made of high quality glazed crystal and 100% carefully handcrafted in Taiwan. Each persimmon measures 6 x 6 x 2.5cm.
Price of this? Only $38 (RP: $68) for a pair of Prosperity Persimmons!! The ceramic plate is optional at an additional $4 each. If you're giving them as gifts, you can add a gift box for just $5, These make great gifts to your boss, your business associates or even your relatives and friends!
Our Prosperity Persimmons are ready stocks in Singapore. As they are made of high quality glazed crystal, there will be no postage option for these. All of these are to be self collected from MRT stations along Tanjong Pagar to Eunos. We also provide free delivery with a min. order of 10 sets.
